ELISA, or Easy Lives Sales, is a software company whose primary product, ELISA, helps both physical retailers and ecommerce businesses achieve ambitious sales results with live shopping on social media, on their own webpage – and on our newly launched live shopping platform Sprii.
Our mission is to enable ambitious retailers to achieve ambitious results with live shopping.
We help them to establish a personal relationship with their customers in a digital age. And with the use of our software robot, ELISA, it has become easy for retailers to gain success with live shopping.
With our new platform, Sprii, we are taking live shopping a bit further. Our customers usually go live on Facebook and Instagram, but with Sprii they get an additional channel. Not only do we create a new window for retailers to showcase their products, but we do also make it easy for consumers to browse and discover new brands and products on a platform solely dedicated to live shopping. Needless to say, we are quite proud of this and expects some exciting years ahead!
We have already helped more than +1200 retailers across more than 8 countries. Last year, we landed a 5 mio. euro capital injection from our strategical investor. Now, to accelerate our growth on the Swedish market, we are looking for a Customer Success Agent to help achieve our ambitions.
And we expect you to have great communicative skills, to be organized and a self-starter.
We are looking for a trustworthy and skilled Customer Success Agent for our Swedish market and some who are ready to play a key role in our growth journey. You will become a central part of the Customer Success and Support team. Most of the contact with customers will take place digitally via Phone, Email, Live Chat and other platforms. You will be supporting, problem-solving, make demonstrations for existing and new customers – and also conceptualizing and make manuals, guides and process that enhances our customer’s experience.
The next big thing in retail! According to McKinsey & Company, live shopping is a rapidly growing sales channel, growing across the globe and has already taken off in Europe as well. A lot of large brands have already embraced the era of live shopping – and the format is quickly thriving and evolving.
